This page covers only marginifinancial.com/labs itself — the short index linking out to Clarity, Hearth, and Planly. Each of those products has its own terms where they apply: Clarity's marketing is covered by Margini Financial's Website Terms and Website Privacy Policy, and the Clarity app itself by its own Terms and Privacy Policy. Hearth and Planly are previews with no public sign-up yet; each will carry its own terms once it does.

These terms are written by Margini Labs, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Margini Labs,” “we,” “us”), the operator of this index page. By visiting marginifinancial.com/labs, you agree to these terms for your use of this page specifically.

This page is a short directory: a description of Margini Labs and links out to Clarity, Hearth, and Planly. It doesn't collect signups, process payments, or provide any product functionality of its own — it exists to point you to the right place.

Content and ownership

The text, design, and layout of this page belong to Margini Labs, LLC. The Margini, Clarity, Hearth, and Planly names and marks are used here to identify Margini Labs' own ventures.

Third-party links

This page links to Clarity (at marginifinancial.com), Hearth, and Planly. Once you follow one of those links, that destination's own terms and privacy practices apply — this page's terms stop applying the moment you leave it.

No warranty

This page is provided "as is." Margini Labs doesn't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and may change or take down this page at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy

As of the date below, this page does not run analytics, does not set cookies, and does not include any form or sign-up field — there's nothing on this page to submit. We expect to add basic, aggregate web analytics (for example, Google Analytics) to this page in the future, to understand which links people follow to Clarity, Hearth, and Planly; when we do, we'll update this policy first and list the specific service added, rather than let this page fall out of date.

The only information generated by visiting this page today is standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested page), captured by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, as an ordinary part of serving any web page. We don't separately access, analyze, or retain those logs beyond Cloudflare's own standard hosting operations, and we don't combine them with any other information about you.

If you follow a link from this page to Clarity, Hearth, or Planly, that destination's own privacy policy governs what happens from that point on — see the callout above for Clarity's.

Children's privacy

This page is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 — though as noted above, this page doesn't collect information from anyone at all.
