It's written by Margini Labs, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as Margini Financial (“Margini Labs,” “we,” “us”), the owner and operator of marginifinancial.com.
It does not cover ClarityApp, the software product this site describes and links to. ClarityApp's own data practices, including your financial data, account, and billing information, are covered by the separate ClarityApp Privacy Policy, which applies once you sign in to or use the app.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages get read and which calculators get used — standard web analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. This data is aggregated and isn't tied to your name unless you separately submit a form described below.
The numbers you enter into a calculator on this site (profit, cash flow, pricing, and similar tools) are used only in your browser to compute the result you see. We don't collect or store your calculator inputs on our servers unless the specific page offers to email you a copy of your results, in which case only your email address and the fact that you requested a copy is sent to us, as described below.
The name, email address, and any message you enter on the Contact page, a coaching/consulting waitlist, the free brief or checklist sign-up, or a "get your results emailed to you" prompt on a calculator page. These are submitted to and stored by Formspree, our form-processing provider, so we can respond to you or send what you asked for. We don't use these submissions for anything other than the purpose you submitted them for, plus occasional related updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The services below process it on our behalf, each for the specific purpose listed, under their own privacy and security terms:

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): we process contact-form data based on your consent in submitting it and, for analytics, our legitimate interest in understanding site usage; you have the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing, by emailing us. Margini Labs is a U.S. limited liability company without a dedicated EU/UK representative at this time.
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the information described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
